Card Reveal

Every autopay signup comes with a card you can copy into your billing system.

Your customer types their card once, or pays with Google Pay. It goes straight into a secure card vault, never onto our servers or yours. When your office is ready, an admin reveals it, clicks Copy and pastes it into the billing software you already run.

Reveal record

Every reveal is recorded: who, when and from where.

On the TrashBolt signup we walked on October 23, 2026, the hauler's contract told the customer: “We will contact you to complete the autopay setup REQUIRED.” With Card Reveal, nobody has to call anybody.

From checkout to autopay in four clicks.

  1. 1

Your customer says yes to autopay

They must choose Yes or No. Nothing is ticked for them. The wording uses your company name, phone, amount and plan, and the exact sentence is saved with the time.

  2. 2

Reveal it on a trusted device

Card Reveal only opens on a device that passed the emailed sign-in code, and records who looked, when and from where.

  3. 3

Copy it into your billing software

One Copy button. Paste it into Soft-Pak, Trash Flow, Navusoft or any system that keeps a card on file.

  4. 4

    Mark it enrolled

One click deletes the card from the vault. Only the last 4 digits, card brand and expiry stay on file.

You stay in control of every card.

You decide who sees cards

A Company Admin turns card viewing and charging on, person by person. It's off for Office Staff until you say so.

Every look is recorded

Who revealed the card, when and from where, on every single reveal.

No card numbers on our servers or yours

Cards sit in a secure card vault. Our database never holds a full card number, so there are no card numbers to leak.

Make autopay required

Require autopay on the services and billing plans you choose and set the draft day. The receipt shows the schedule.

Kept only when needed

A card is kept only when the customer chooses autopay, or for a roll-off card on file. Otherwise it's deleted after the charge.

Roll-off overages, charged in minutes

Tons over and days past are worked out from the rental terms. Add extras from a ready list of 23, charge the card on file, and the customer gets a receipt.
